I am too cute!

Isabel is too cute! She got a great box of hand me downs from her friend Hannah and it included this cute pair of overalls. Isabel is definately an overall girl. We sang Old McHartley had a tree farm and she is ready to go to the farm and do some work. Later tonight she will dress up in her Halloween costume.

Bad hair day!



Isabel has found that her feet taste really good between bites of rice cereal. Not only do I have to clean up her hands, face and neck, now I have to wash her feet too!

Isabel started her first supper with a nice bowl full of rice cereal. I think she enjoyed the experience. She wanted to grab the spoon and she enjoyed blowing raspberries, making rice cereal fly all over the table.

Here is grandpa taking yet another break from working on the house!

New house

The dumpster finally arrived for all the garbage that was stacking up in the garage. Lots of work! As soon as Adam and dad finish one task, it often leads too another. Our goal is to move in by the end of October, but my wise father says we will be lucky to be moved in by Decemeber 1st.






Adam also taught Zinni how to swim!!!



Grandpa has been here helping out and it has been a big help.
One day I was pulling off the wallpaper in the kitchen and found this "beautiful" handpainted brick accent wall in the dining room. Do you think we should keep it?

Most of the pictures on the camera this week are of the house. It still needs lots of work. Here Isabel is checking out the raised ceiling and the demolition of half the fireplace.

Hannah turns one.

Last weekend Izzy went to the birthday party of her friend Hannah. Hannah turned one years old. As you can see, everyone wanted a piece of her cake (including the dogs). It was a fun time with lots of babies.
